Mr. Greenstein the Chief Financial Officer of the DFJ Growth Fund, also serves as the Chief Financial Officer for DFJ and serves as a member or partner of the entities governing Draper Fisher Jurvetson Funds V, VI, VII, VIII and DFJ ePlanet Ventures. Most recently Mr. Greenstein was Managing Partner of the Palo Alto office of accounting firm Greenstein, Rogoff, Olsen & Co. In that capacity he was responsible for the tax, financial reporting and audit requirements of all the Draper Fisher Jurvetson funds. Previously, Mr. Greenstein was a Senior Manager of Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Greenstein graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and Accounting, where he received both the Ernst & Young and Robert J. Swenson outstanding graduate awards.
