Musk, who is centering xAI’s infrastructure buildout in Memphis, Tennessee, congratulated the xAI team for "breaktrhough momentums" in 2025 and thanked investors for their "faith in our company."
According to xAI, this financing will "accelerate its world-leading infrastructure buildout, enable the rapid development and deployment of transformative AI products reaching billions of users, and fuel groundbreaking research advancing xAI's core mission: Understanding the Universe."
