Jen Kodner is the talent partner at DFJ Growth. She joined the firm in 2018 and works closely with DFJ Growth's portfolio companies to support their initiatives to identify, attract, and retain world-class talent in their organizations.
Jen has been in the talent industry for nearly 15 years with a focus on managing executive searches and counseling founders as they scale their companies. Prior to DFJ Growth, Jen was the head of talent at Comcast Ventures, as well as a partner on the executive talent team at Andreessen Horowitz. Jen spent over four years at Box, one of DFJ Growth’s portfolio companies, where she built the executive search function and ultimately ran recruiting for the company, pre and post IPO. Earlier, Jen was a search consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates, and she also spent several years in enterprise software sales.
Jen received a BA in telecommunications from Indiana University.
