Jenni Leong joined DFJ Growth in 2022 and is focused on business development, capital formation, and supporting the firm’s global base of investors. Jenni has over 20 years of experience in the private capital markets, with a background in investor relations, marketing, fundraising, due diligence, and product development.
Prior to DFJ Growth, Jenni was head of investor relations for Next Play Capital. She previously spent 16 years with J.P. Morgan, where she was most recently head of the Alternatives Solutions Group for J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s Global Alternatives business where she built a network of regional investment advisors and launched their private wealth capabilities. Jenni also served as head of investor relations and west coast marketing for J.P. Morgan Private Bank’s Alternative Investments Group, which had over $80 billion in assets under supervision. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Jenni served as an investment analyst for GE Capital’s Corporate Lending Group.
Jenni is an active member of The Chick Mission, a non-profit focused on providing women newly diagnosed with cancer the option to preserve fertility through direct financial support, educational programs, and advocacy for legislative change.
Jenni received a BS in business administration from Bucknell University.
